This sounds like a mix up or mixed culture. The antibiotic susceptiblity pattern would fit for a very resistant Pseudomonas espically since I do not know what antibiotics were tested. This wiould not be likely for E.coli unless it is a ESBL and only Beta Lactums were tested.
