	i have a pseudomonas isolate in my lab which is resistant to ceftizoxime,cefexime but sesitive to ceftazidime ,ceftriaxone so should i report it resistant to all or the way it is showing on plate?
	Of the drugs you listed, the latest CLSI (previously "NCCLS") recommends that you test only ceftazidime and does not mention ceftriaxone, cefixime, or ceftizoxime for Pseudomonas (vol 26 No. 3, p. 22). Therefore, I would not report the drugs which CLSI does not recommend for testing and I would report the results on the drug(s) which it does recommend. In this case, I would report your test result for ceftazidime.
