	Nitrite negative on original automated urinalysis but positive bacteria on microscopic, at what amount is the recommendation for setting up a culture?
	I am not aware of any specific practice guidelines which answer your question. Below are some triggers which are used, but I would go to your users (your physicians who request this, your ID physicians, etc.) to get their input. Rules to trigger order of culture 1. > 3 WBC 2. Positive Nitrate 3. Bacteria seen microscopically and > 3 WBC 4. Positive Leukocytes esterase.
