Thanks for your interest in ASM's Askit. I would consider 0.125 and 0.12 to be the same. The dilutions used are halving dilutions and if you were to carry out the 0.12 concentration to 3 places right of the decimal, it would be 0.125. Also, even if the concentrations were exactly 0.120 and 0.125, the difference between 0.125 and 0.12 is too small to be significant in MIC systems. In your example, both concentrations would be considered susceptible.
